Our Eating Disorder Recovery Coach

Megan Lavin, DPT, M.Ed.

Hi! My name is Megan Lavin and I'm the owner of Reclaimed Movement, a physical therapist, and an eating disorder recovery coach.

I bring years of experience supporting individuals with eating disorders — from running an eating disorder nonprofit, providing peer mentorship to individuals in eating disorder recovery, and supervising other ED recovery peer mentors, to my academic background with a Master’s in Health Education & Promotion with a concentration in eating disorders.

I also bring lived experience, having recovered from anorexia and orthorexia, including compulsive running. I’m passionate about helping others break free from similar struggles and regain confidence in their bodies and their lives.

My coaching approach is personalized and flexible, integrating guidance, accountability, and practical strategies — and can include faith-based support desired.

I'd love to support you during your recovery journey.
