Low bone density and hypermobility can be common in eating disorder recovery. We address stress fractures, osteoporosis, and joint instability with safe, progressive strength and stability to support long-term bone and joint health.

Returning to movement during recovery can feel confusing, especially with a history of overuse injuries, hypermobility or EDS, or autonomic changes such as POTS.
We create individualized exercise plans that support healing, improve stability, and guide safe return to activity or sport.

Pregnancy and postpartum bring significant changes to the body, which can feel complex during and after eating disorder recovery. Receive guidance and support to rebuild strength, ease discomfort, prepare for birth, and reconnect with movement.

Megan Lavin, DPT, M.Ed. 

Hi! My name is Megan Lavin and I'm the owner of Reclaimed Movement and I'm a licensed physical therapist for Wisconsin, Colorado, Georgia, and Ohio.

Having overcome an eating disorder, compulsive exercise, pelvic floor dysfunction, and chronic pain, I'm passionate about helping others to break free from similar struggles.
