Joe Ludke, CSCS
Hi, I’m Joe Ludke, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a deep passion for helping people integrate movement into their daily lives. My journey in fitness goes beyond exercise—it's about empowering individuals to feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies. My approach is rooted in kindness, empathy, and a genuine desire to help people become the best versions of themselves—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

One area especially close to my heart is supporting those recovering from eating disorders. After walking alongside my daughter, Megan Lavin, on her own recovery journey, I developed a strong commitment to helping others rebuild a positive relationship with movement and their bodies.

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Strength and Conditioning, and I’ve worked as a Personal Trainer, guiding clients toward their health and performance goals. Currently, I’m expanding my expertise by pursuing certifications as a Corrective Exercise Specialist and in Special Populations Training. These additional tools will allow me to better serve individuals with unique movement needs.

Beyond coaching, I love spending time outdoors with my wife.

Let’s move forward together!
